In order to meet the ever growing needs of Bank Institutes, Credit Servicing Companies and similar bodies, a new and innovative structure has been set up to deal only and exclusively with the collection of debts and the management of bank and Para banking overdue. The experiences made during the years, the possible synergies, the checkable scale economies push the whole structure to operate in full and strict compliance with two specific parameters:

A) acceleration of the collection of debts

B) reduction of collection's management costs

In a moment characterized by a strong law and jurisprudential turmoil which brought into question some important juridical principles and fundamentals, it is extremely important to be connected to a Research Center capable of "analyzing, processing and interpreting" the issues under discussion and of providing its clients and all the people operating in this sector with valuable opinions supporting the formulated thesis. 

THE OBJECT

Gesoba Ltd., meets different needs and carries out several functions, aiming at the collection of debts and at the management of overdue of banks and Para banking institutes, bodies, companies, public and private organizations.

Gesoba Ltd., carries out promotional activities for the acquisition of bank overdue packets to be managed, both extra judicially and judicially.

Gesoba Ltd. is organized to:

A) organizing, managing and coordinating all the extra judicial activities connected to the recovery.

For this purpose, it resorts to a network of external assistants in charge of taking contact personally with each debtor in order to obtain the payment of the debt, to acquire the credit guarantee and to agree on the return plans.

Before carrying out any judicial activity, the same legal consultants working in agreement with Gesoba Ltd., will do their best to recover the debts extra judicially.

B) Organizing, coordinating and managing all the judicial activities they will deem necessary, if the extra judicial way does not work.

In order to carry out the above mentioned activities and the consultancy service, Gesoba Ltd. has entered into specific agreements with lawyers having a long and specific working experience in the sector of credit collection, especially as far as banks are concerned. These lawyers have studied thoroughly all the judicial and extra judicial issues arising in the relationship Client/Bank, hence, they are also capable of taking care of the hypotheses of arranged and/or directed settlement of the recovery.

Thanks to the experience of each consultant and through an integration of the different elements of the organization, it will be possible to provide the customer with a service meeting more effectively the needs of acceleration, economy and best results.

All the activities will be coordinated and carried out exclusively by the structure of the Company, so that the Customer will have only a direct interlocutor.

Gesoba Ltd., will become the only reference point for the Customer; Gesoba Ltd. will send the Customer , in real time, all information concerning the actions under way and will forward him the requests of authorization in case a specific measure is needed.

All of this will result in a significant time saving and in a reduction of the costs connected with the recovery of the debt.

The relationships with the debtors, too will be based on simplicity and speed in order to avoid to the debtors multiple and non-homogeneous contacts.

The Company has appropriate spaces, information equipment, employees and assistants capable of carrying out all the activities connected with the management of each case (typing services, collation, automation, notifications, mail, employees in charge of contacts with offices, chanceries, registry offices and central registries activities, employees responsible for the preparation of documents to notify the customers, the accounting reports and the notes of fees).

Gesoba Ltd. offers the Services of the whole structure through specific and personalized agreements.

Gesoba Ltd. also acts as a connection among the external and the joint structures.

Gesoba Ltd. is also in contact with technical, commercial and notary firms; hence, it is able to operate on the whole national territory thanks to an integrated information system.

In the event of particularly complicated bank overdue, thanks to its contacts with business experts and business consultants, Gesoba Ltd. can supply a consultancy and assistance service finalized to a financial and patrimonial restructuring of the groups involved.

Gesoba Ltd. ensures the necessary assistance to the customers, if any, willing to participate in auctions by court order.
