Gesoba Ltd. is tightly connected to a Real Estate Brokerage Company in order to provide the customer with all possible information concerning the executed real property and their market value; furthermore, through an appropriate disclosure of the same real property both during the auction and the execution, it can increase the participation in the auctions.

On its Web site www.gesoba.com , the Company accepts the Ads as an extraordinary advertising, concerning the real estate executions, issuing a "certificate of on-line input".

The Company provides for assistance and consultancy to third parties in view of the participation in the auctions by court order.

Particular assistance and services can be provided for by the Notaries or notary associations, in order to fulfill all the tasks deriving from the power of attorney they have been granted by the judges in compliance with Law n° 302, of 03/08/1998.

The connection to commercial and business consultants allows Gesoba Ltd. to provide for consultancy and assistance services finalized to a financial and patrimonial restructuring of the groups involved, as far as the most difficult cases of bank overdue are concerned. 

The Company can carry out, on behalf of third parties, “DUE DILIGENCE” for the operations of credit services and/or purchase of the same.
