THE RESEARCH CENTER

The goal of the Research Center is to study legal, doctrine and trial issue relating to bank and bankruptcy laws and to the levies of execution.

The activities of the Research Center are carried out by judges, professionals in charge of credit institutions, lawyers and university teachers, journalist from specialized press as well as by the state institutions involved (such managers of the Court Chancelleries, Registrar's Office, Registrar of Real Property etc.)

The activities of the Research Center will be mainly focused on the solution of practical problems relating to the specific sector.

These activities will consist of comments on judgments and laws, the editing of specific articles, the organization of seminars and round tables, the participation in conferences and congresses, the editing and publishing of a periodical report.
