These Law Firms have an appropriate and well-structured working organization.

AUCTIONS BY COURT ORDER

Gesoba Ltd., manages this Web site containing all data (description, sale or assessment ordinance) concerning the real estate auctions which will be held at the different Courts or at the Notaries.

THE RESEARCH CENTER

Gesoba Ltd., also runs a Research Center intended to study thoroughly all the legislative and trial issues concerning bank and bankruptcy laws and the levies of execution.

THE SERVICES OFFERED

In addition, Gesoba Ltd., acts as service company providing for the operating support to the above mentioned Law Firms and offering its customers any kind of assistance, especially as to the duties envisaged by Law n° 302 of 03.08.1998.
